BREAKFAST
Ingradients: -Fruit ( Apples, Bananas, Oranges or things like that)
- A big glass of juice /Milk
- Cereal and milk
- Breads (with cheese and ham / Jams)
How to prepare?
2.-To drink we can choose between juice and milk...But the most important is that the glass has to be big
3.-In a bowl we have to add milk and cereals pf any type, (preferably integral )
4.-Also we can eat some breads wit ham and cheese on a ration of no more of two slices.Results:
I like this breakfast because is so healthy and in the morning we need a lot of energy to fill our empty tank. So the fruit and the milk have nutrients proteins and a lot of energy...
LUNCH: "Pizzas"
Ingredients: -Pizza crusts -Oregano
-Tomato Sauce
-Tomatos
- Ham
-Cheese
How to Prepare?:
1.-In the pizza crusts we have to add tomato sauce and spread until the whole mass
2.-cut the tomatos and place them in different places of the mass, Also do it with the ham and the cheese
3.-Add some oregano
4.-Put the pizza in the oven for ten minutes
DINNER: "pancakes"
Ingredients: -Milk -Milk Caramel / Jam
-Eggs
-Flour
Take a pan the size you want to be your pancakes, put it on the stove to boil and spill some around the pan enough to feel that the thickness of pankake right.
* Wait a minute and flip.
* Now put the pancake on the plate
*Finally add jam/ Milk Caramel and spread throughout the pancake
